At some point, we have all complained that life is too hectic, too busy, too demanding and emotionally and physically exhausting. Balancing families, jobs and other responsibilities – well, sometimes it is all a bit too much.
As we all adjust to the new pace of life that COVID-19 has brought upon us, we can hopefully now take time to pause. God is speaking to us through these times and we just have to listen. I go out walking with the family each day and it struck me how beautifully quiet places are during this time. The piece of scripture that came to mind was simply, “Be still and know that I am God”. Yes, times can be scary, but God has got this. All will be well. Just listen to what God is saying to your heart…
