Each day of the Triduum – Maunday Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday – is a new opportunity to talk with your children about the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. CAFOD has a virtual children’s liturgy at 10am on Sundays and other free resources.
Resources for home prayer in Holy Week can be found here from Professor Tom O’Loughlin.
Table Liturgies for use before meals, written by Simon Bryden-Brook, may also be a helpful resource.
Holy Week @ HOME – a family retreat resource for High School families from All Hallows Catholic High School, Penwortham with thanks to the chaplain Kate Wilkinson who compiled this resource.
Why not make a loaf of bread with your children if you are lucky enough to have yeast in the house? Or make a no-yeast quick bread such as soda bread?
